Our History

Xtreme Boats is a privately-owned aluminum boat manufacturer founded in 1999 in the rural Northwest Florida Panhandle. Xtreme Boats opened to build the highest quality, handmade aluminum fishing boats by utilizing only the most skilled craftsmen and latest techniques. With the proprietor having over 10 years of previous experience owning, designing, and running an aluminum boat-building facility, he was quickly able to put Xtreme Boats in the center of the custom aluminum boat market.

Today, we still utilize the same tried and true methods of producing the highest quality handmade aluminum boats while developing new best practices and adapting the latest manufacturing techniques and equipment. Every Xtreme Boat aluminum hull is hand TIG welded, uses absolutely no wood in the construction, and manufactured using a minimum of 0.125″ (1/8″ thick) aluminum for the absolute highest quality and durability. We make it an absolute top priority to source components for our aluminum boats that are also manufactured by companies in the USA. We believe utilizing “Made In USA” products make our custom aluminum boats not only the highest aesthetic and structural quality, but also the highest “economic” quality.

We currently offer over sixty standard models of our five aluminum boat lines to choose from, and an infinite number of custom combinations to satisfy the most discriminating customer’s needs. In addition, we produce Xtreme Trail aluminum trailers, which are designed to pair perfectly with our aluminum boats and can be custom built to almost any hull specification. Our Vision

Xtreme Boats’ goal is to produce the highest quality aluminum boats on the market at prices that are attainable by the average consumer. We believe that a custom designed aluminum boat will provide an exponentially more satisfying experience for the user than a mass-produced boat, and we wish to bring this luxury to those that are traditionally buying the mass-produced product. We are able to attain this by aggressive bulk purchasing, in-house fabrication, manufacturing efficiency, and of course gratuitous amounts of hard work.

Here at Xtreme Boats we have a No “No” Policy. We won’t say “No” to your custom boat idea unless it will negatively affect the safety of the boat or we just plain can’t do what you are asking. This policy carries over to our manufacturing where no compromises are ever made during production. We build every Xtreme Boat to the best of our ability and we are working each day to make our best ability better.
